What data we collect and why

We only collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form or specification request form. This includes:

• Name — to address you correctly in our response
• Email address — to reply to your enquiry
• Company name — to understand your context (optional)
• Message content — to handle your request

We do not collect data automatically. We use no analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising tools.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically to respond to your business enquiry. Data submitted via our forms is used solely to handle your request and is not used for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up communication — typically no longer than 12 months unless a business relationship develops, in which case standard accounting retention periods apply (7 years under Dutch law).

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may pass through our email provider (hosted on our Plesk server) solely to deliver your message to us. We use Google Fonts for typography — Google may log your IP address when fonts are loaded. See Google's privacy policy.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data
• Objection — object to processing of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format
